FIELD: ultrapure xenon, separated from gas impurities.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes utilization of three-component absorber, containing Al2O3 with specific surface not less than 200 m2/g, zeolite with inlet of 0.30-0.32 mum and zeolite with inlet of 0.40-0.42 mum. Absorber is alternatively charged into adsorber, cooled up to 1950C -1680C, and purified xenon is collected in condensation vessel under continuous evacuation and pressure of 0.1 mmHg or less. Method is useful for centrifugal separation of xenon of natural isotopic composition and provides deep xenon purification from gas exhaust of gas centrifuge, waste from washing of equipment and air components up to 0.5x10-4-1.0x10-4 vol %. Moreover neither high temperature nor complex adsorber is required.
EFFECT: process with reduced power consumption and multiple absorber utilization.
