SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cinnamoylaminoalkyl-substituted derivatives of benzenesulfonamide of the formula (I):
wherein X represents oxygen, sulfur atom; Y represents -(CR(5)2)n-; Z represents NH or oxygen atom. Compounds of the formula (I) are valuable pharmaceutically active compounds that elicit inhibitory effect on ATP-sensitive potassium channels in cardiac muscle and can be used for treatment of cardiovascular system disorders. Also, invention relates to a method for preparing compounds of the formula (I), their possible applying and to pharmaceutical composition based on these compounds.
