FIELD: fat-and-oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: treatment operation comprises transferring used cooking oil or fat from their source into accumulation vessel. When first specified amount of oil or fat is accumulated, it is brought into contact with refining material. Then, second specified amount of oil or fat superior to the first one is accumulated in accumulation vessel and, together with refining material, is fed into filtration apparatus. In the apparatus, refining material settles and refined oil or fat is returned into original source.
EFFECT: allowed continuous treatment of oil or fat without stopping frying operation.
