SNOW REMOVER Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: railway transport; track cleaning vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed snow remover has wheeled chassis with frame 1 which carries fan 3, nozzle assembly communicating through air duct 5 with fan, and deflector. Machine is furnished also with settling hood 7 including deflecting box 7 and baffle shield 8. Settling hood is mated through deflecting box with nozzle 6. deflector is made up of interconnected deflecting shield 9 arranged lower than frame level and guide shield 10 arranged upper than frame level and is installed under settling hood. Fairing 12 is installed along frame between deflecting shield of deflector and deflecting box. Unloader 13 is installed under settling hood.

EFFECT: improved efficiency, operating capabilities and capacity and safety at snow cleaning.
