FIELD: railway transport; track maintenance. SUBSTANCE: proposed snow remover is designed for cleaning railway tracks. Machine contains base chassis with air blowing device including drive, fan with air duct and nozzles arranged at angle relative to surface to be cleaned and at angle relative to longitudinal axis of base chassis. Air blowing device is made in form of two fans rotating in opposite directions and arranged face to face. Each communicates with nozzles pointed to each other through air ducts. Moreover, snow remover is provided with inclined shields enclosing space between nozzles. Nozzles are connected by side baffle from side of adapter branch pipes. EFFECT: increased capacity and improved efficiency owing to cutting and transporting capabilities of device. 7 cl, 4 dwg
