SUBSTANCE: device has body with light source, condensing lens, reflecting mirrors, body of gas and air hollows, gas and air hollows, prism, gas-inlet, gas-draining, air-inlet, air-draining and connection pipes and scale. Light source is made in form of polarized emitter, and device is proved with recorder, analyzer and fiber-optic cable, placed between light source and condensing lens. Analyzer sis mounted before scale and made in form of two rows of lenses, placed in staggered order.
EFFECT: higher safety, higher precision, higher trustworthiness, higher speed.
