FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical instrument making and can be used for systems of automatic measurement of concentration of gases. Device for measuring concentration of gases contains a chemical absorption cartridge, an optical system consisting of a condenser lens, a plane-parallel plate (mirror), mobile gas-chambers having three through-cavity bounded by plane-parallel glass plates, two prism total internal reflection mirror, telescope with a lens , and ocular slit diaphragm with a movable scale reporting. Device also includes an electric pump for suction of gas to be measured, pump control unit, solenoid for moving gas-chamber in control position, control unit for solenoid, light-emitting diode and a control unit for diode, two electromechanical valves for methane measurement channels and carbon dioxide, and two control unit for electric valves, a CCD array, an ADC, a DSP-processor, a microcontroller, LCD display, and a communication interface with external devices.
EFFECT: technical result improved safety of measurements, possibility of continuous automated monitoring and remote reading of measurement results, improved accuracy, efficiency and reliability of measurement.
