SUBSTANCE: proposed unit designed for assembling and servicing large platform-mounted heavy-power ground-based windmills of great size with uniformly distributed physical mass has circular tracks, central support, and bearing platform with wheels at ends. Circular rail tracks are concentrically disposed throughout entire area, and uniformly arranged supporting castors are secured at platform underside, their fixation points being projected to rails; supporting castors of external rows have gripping locks; unit is provided in addition with multiple-keel stabilizer mounted on self-contained platform for movement over circular tracks and attached to platform by means of rigid hitch.

EFFECT: facilitated assembly and servicing of large ground-based windmills.
