SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting infectious diseases. For this purpose, at the height of disease one should detect antilactoferrin activity in pure culture of Salmonella isolated out of feces of salmonellosis-suffering patient, and in coprofiltrate it is necessary to detect lactoferrin content and at values of the first parameter being 7.8-13.0 ng and the second parameter being 460-1400 ng/ml one should predict recovalescence salmonellosis bacteriocarriage. The method enables to predict the development of salmonellosis recovalescence bacteriocarriage at earlier stages that enables to perform individual approach in treating patients to decrease the number of bacteriocarriers, carry out correction of deficiency in factors of natural resistance of digestive mucosa.
