FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: down-hole logging instrument has a system of permanent magnets. The system has direction of magnetization oriented to side face of down-hole logging instrument and dipole high-frequency aerial shifted in the direction of front side of down-hole logging instrument. System of magnets creates investigation area shifted in direction being orthogonal to static field. Static field gets the preset shape by means of system of magnets which has a big number of magnets with parallel magnetization or by means of a single magnet of specific shape. Aerial construction has armature provided with gap made of non-ferrous soft material. Screen for attenuating signals of nuclear-magnetic resonance from fluids containing in well's shaft is available.
