SUBSTANCE: device has supply mains generator with metering circuit, actuating element connected to supply mains through rectifier, and final element connected to supply mains generator, load, and rectifier output. Rectifier supplies with power metering circuit and actuating element. Metering circuit output is connected to one of inputs of actuating element whose output is connected to control input of final element. Actuating element is made in the form of series-connected thyristor and final-element control winding.
EFFECT: simplified design, enlarged functional capabilities, improved metrological characteristics.
