SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with pharmaceutical preparation of carboxypeptidase U (CPU) inhibitor and thrombin inhibitor in the mixture of pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, solvent or carrier and, also, with the set of components, method for therapy and application of these preparations applied in treating the states when CPU inhibition and/or thrombin inhibition is either required or desirable.
