BILLIARD TABLE "D-1" Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: billiard tables for playing "Russian pyramid" kind of billiard play, may be used for "snooker" and "carambol" kinds of billiard play.

SUBSTANCE: billiard table has frame mounted on vertical supports, rectangular table top mounted on frame in horizontal plane and equipped with sides having edges and rubber shock-absorbers, members adapted for attachment of sides to table top and provided with bolts passed through end openings in sides and table top. Bolts are joined by means of threaded connections with fastening anchors positioned in table top. Table top and sides are provided with covering. Each fastening anchor is positioned in concealed opening provided at lower side of table top in spaced relation with respect to end and in crosswise relation with respect to end opening, through which bolt is passed. Said bolt is connected by means of threaded connection with said anchor.

EFFECT: simplified construction and reliable attachment of sides to table top.
