SUBSTANCE: flux contains next ingredients, mass. %: potassium chloride, 37 -51; lithium chloride,25 - 29; zinc chloride, 4 - 8, ammonium chloride, 4 -6; sodium fluoride, 8 - 10; calcium fluoride, 8 - 10. Flux causes destruction of corrosion products and effective removal of oxide films and inclusions out of seam metal.
EFFECT: improved fusion of base metal, enhanced forming of seam metal.
