SUBSTANCE: clamp has handle, arms with working jaws provided at free ends, at least one intermediate link which connects the arms through axles of rotation, and pins which pivotally connect each of the handles with corresponding arm and are provided with yokes interconnected via common axes of rotation. The arms are in a contact with each other through gear teeth made in the inner semi-circular surfaces of the arms in the zone of mounting of the intermediate link. The handles may be detachable and provided with locks.
