FIELD: transport engineering; quarry dump trucks.
SUBSTANCE: proposed running gear contains motor-in-wheels mounted in pairs on driving axles, hydroelectric drive with spool mechanism operated by electromagnets of left-hand and right-hand cornering of drive axles, frame for rotary fastening of drive axles and mounting of hydroelectric drive, and motor-in-wheels control unit. Control unit includes pedal-switch for connecting each motor-in wheel to truck circuit at tractio0n mode or to load resistor at braking, and two switches. Each pair of front and rear axles is connected with hydroelectric drive. One of switches is connected with pair of left-hand motor-in-wheels of front axles and pair of right-hand motor-in wheels of rear axles, and the other is connected with pair of right-hand motor-in-wheels of front axles and pair of left-hand motor-in wheels of rear axles. Laid to each switch are circuits containing four parallel-connected contactors with normally-closed contacts and of four parallel connected contactors with normally-open contacts selectively connected to winding of electromagnetic of pedal-switch spool mechanism. Motor-in-wheels are connected of truck circuit and to load resistor through corresponding damping resistors. Main normally-closed contacts are connected in parallel with damping resistors of truck circuit, and main normally-open contacts of contactors are connected in parallel with damping resistors of load resistors.
EFFECT: provision of running gear of high maneuverability, improved reliability of steering of dump truck.
