SUBSTANCE: proposed power unit contains engine 1, clutch 2, gearbox 3, transfer case 5 with inner space 6 and output shafts 7, 8, of front and rear axle drives, spacer 9 with inner space 10 and interaxle differential 11. Interaxle differential 11 is rigidly installed on output shaft 4 of gearbox 3 in inner space 10 of spacer 9. Interaxle differential 11 or spacer 9 can be made hermetically closed to form common oil bath inner space 6 of transfer case 5.
