FIELD: automotive industry; optical signaling devices.
SUBSTANCE: rear bumper is made in form of convex elongated complex profile part with edge unidirectional bends. Cavities with fitted-in light reflectors are made on convex outer surface of part. Each cavity is made two-step. Mounting flat of light reflector is formed by first step. Second step is formed from middle part of first step and is provided with through hole. Fastener of light reflector arranged in cavity on mounting flat is fitted in hole. Said fastener is made in form of threaded rod secured in secured in outer boss of base and stretching through hole of second step of bumper cavity, and nut on threaded rod thrusting against surface of bumper opposite to outer surface. Base of light reflector is provided with positioning boss located in additional hole of cavity.
EFFECT: improved reliability of mounting and quality of assembling of rear bumper with light reflector.
