METHOD AND DEVICE FOR VIBRATION OF CONVERTING UNIT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01M7/02

Abstract RU 2684354 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibrodiagnostics of machines and machine equipment, and namely to methods and devices for installation of vibration transducers, and can be used as part of computer monitoring systems of machines and mechanisms. When implementing the method in the housing of the unit being diagnosed prepare a threaded hole in the area of the tested node, and a controlled fastening device with a single-coordinate vibration transducer is mounted, spatial position of a single-dimensional vibration transducer is set by means of a controlled fastening device, which is controlled by a system of computer monitoring of the state of the unit. At that, axis of the threaded hole in the body of the unit is directed to the zone of the solid angle of action vector of maximum total vibration forces of the tested unit, the position of the main axis of sensitivity of the single-dimensional converter along the solid angle bisector is set and accurately adjusted by means of the adjustable fastener. Threaded hole in the housing of unit tested node is prepared at the boss in the zone of maximum proximity to the tested node of the unit being tested. Method is implemented by means of device, which comprises mounting rod, which threaded end is screwed into prepared hole of housing of diagnosed unit, and the other end is made in form of a spherical head, a support platform having a central threaded recess aligned with the spherical head of the mounting rod, and a coupling shaped nut with external thread for attachment of a spherical head to a support platform, on the upper plane of which a single-dimensional vibration transducer is fixed. At that, inclination of support platform relative to rod of adjustable fastener is fixed by means of coupling shaped nut, and adjustment of the spatial position of the output of the vibration transducer cable is performed by turning the support platform of the adjustable fastening device with the vibration transducer around its axis.

EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the transverse sensitivity of the vibration transducer effect, increase the validity of the vibroparameters control of the inspected node, providing invariance in relation to the design of the machine to be diagnosed, reducing labor intensity of mounting and adjusting the mounting device of the vibration transducer.
