FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: magnitude received for indication (display) is automatically and repeatedly determined for indication of velocity vector; this magnitude depends on augend containing measured and filtered magnitude of velocity vector. The, specific symbol is presented on screen illustrating the velocity vector; its position is representative for magnitude received for indication. For determination of magnitude received for indication, magnitude of time derivative is determined and addend is calculated on basis of derivative of controllable velocity vector; then, sum of augend and addend is calculated for forming the magnitude received for indication. Device includes first unit for measurement of actual magnitude of velocity vector of flying vehicle and computer unit for automatic determination of magnitude received for indication; this unit includes filtration device for filtering the magnitude measured by means of said first unit for forming the augend. Device includes also display unit for presentation of specific symbol on screen and second unit for determination of time derivative of velocity vector controlled by pilot of flying vehicle. Computer unit is additionally provided with auxiliary computer for determination of added on basis of said derivative of controllable velocity vector and adder for summing-up the augend and addend for forming the magnitude received for indication.
EFFECT: enhanced stability; high speed of response in case of change of trajectory.
