FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft control systems. Autopilot (10) for airborne vehicle (1) comprises rotor including at least one push propeller (2). Note here that said rotor comprises at least one propeller (3) furnished with multiple blades (3'), processing unit (15) interacting with at least one common circuit (7) for control over common pitch of said blades (3'). Autopilot (10) comprises means (20) to actuate the mode of automatic flying at preset angle of attack connected with processing unit (15). Said processing unit (15) automatically controls said common pitch of blades (3') when aforesaid automatic flying mode is ON to control said common control circuit to support aerodynamic angle of attack (α) as a reference angle of attack (α*).
EFFECT: minimised aerodynamic drag.
