FIELD: technological processes; construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, namely to production of face and wall clinker bricks, which is produced by extrusion, compression and soft molding on the basis of stone-like non-waterproof siliceous opal-cristobalite and clay raw material. Process line for production of wall clinker bricks includes a crushing post of raw material, a post for drying of raw materials, a post for primary grinding of raw materials, a post of secondary grinding and fractionation, a post for accumulation and storage of fractions, a post for preparation of raw materials with addition of additives and moistening. Line further includes a post for storage of raw materials, an item molding post, a drying post and a firing post. Jaw crusher is used at crushing station. Stock drying post is represented by closed conveyor with infrared heaters installed on top and forced ventilation system. Primary raw materials grinding station is represented by a hammer crusher. Post-secondary grinding station is equipped with a system for selecting required fractions. Milling material accumulation station is represented by accumulation bins. Post of preparation of raw stock with moistening and introduction of additives is represented by two two-shaft bladed mixers. Stock accumulation and storage station is represented by bins equipped with feeders. Article molding station can be represented by a compression molding press, an extruder or a molding machine for soft molding.

EFFECT: high strength and frost resistance of face ceramic bricks, low water absorption.
