SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for fine treatment of working solutions of alkanolamines in the process of absorption treatment of natural, petroleum, refinery and other hydrocarbon gases from acid components. Method for treatment of alkanolamine solutions involves removal of mechanical impurities by filtration of working solution followed by its purification on adsorbent. Activated fibrous carbon material is used as adsorbent wherein the content of micropores with radius below 1.6x10-9 m is 70-80% of the total pores volume in carbon material. Activated fibrous material exhibiting textile structure with fiber diameter 3 x 10-5 m is used preferably as adsorbent. Method provides intensifying treatment process due to enhancing sorption capacity of adsorbent.
