FIELD: organic chemistry, petroleum industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of synthesis of inhibitors of hydrosulfuric corrosion designated for protection of steel equipment in hydrogen sulfide-containing media. Inhibitor represents product of interaction of N'N-tetramethyldiaminomethane and alkenyl chlorides - 1,3-dichloropropene, 3-chloro-1,2-epoxypropane, 3-chloro-2-methylpropene, 1,3-dichloro-2-methylpropene, N-(alkenyl)-N,N-tetramethyldiaminomethane chloride of the formula:
wherein R means -CH2-CH=CHCl; ; -CH2-C(CH3)=CH2; -CH2-CCl=CH2; -CH2-CCl=CHCl; -CH2-CH=CH2. Invention provides effective utilization of waste in manufacturing methallyl chloride, allyl chloride and epichlorohydrin, reduced energy consumption of process in preparing corrosion inhibitors and simplifying technology of process.
