FIELD: building, particularly for treating and feeding concrete mixture in concreting form during cast-in-place and pre-cast building structures erection.
SUBSTANCE: method involves vibrating concrete mixture along with heating thereof and applying impact vibratory actuation action to concrete mixture before concrete mixture heating and during heating thereof; vibrating heated concrete mixture in concrete supply pipe and impact treating concrete mixture under increased pressure. Impact actions are applied to concrete supply pipe in local resistance areas transversely to common concrete supply pipe direction. Control of concrete mixture flow velocity and vibration thereof is performed in concrete supply pipe section by bringing elastic diaphragm into vibration in direction perpendicular to concrete mixture movement. Measuring section of concrete supply pipeline is formed of polymeric material having high triboelectric properties. Cross section of above section is shaped as convergent and divergent cones seriously connected one to another. Magnetizing forces associated with electrical charge of concrete mixture are picked out at inlet and outlet of measuring section along perimeter thereof. Then magnetizing forces are transformed into electric signals, which are proportional to concrete mixture velocity before and after vibration thereof with the use of current transformers enclosing concrete supply pipe. Device for above method implementation includes loading hopper with vibrator, heating vibratory tray provided with vibrator and electrodes, receiving hopper of concrete pump unit and concrete supply pipe. Measuring section of concrete supply pipe has earthed metal rings and elastic vibratory-driven diaphragm formed of rubber-cord material inserted in central part of measuring section. Windings enclosing concrete supply pipe are installed at inlet and outlet of measuring section. Each winding is wound round ferrite ring located coaxially thereto and is arranged in screen with a slot facing measuring section. Windings are linked with measuring unit including seriously connected amplifier and recorder.
EFFECT: reduced power inputs and increased efficiency of concrete mixture delivery process, possibility to regulate vibratory activation process.
