PROCESS OF INSTALLATION OF HEATING SYSTEMS IN CEILINGS OF MONOLITHIC BUILDING AND GEAR FOR ITS EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry, erection of monolithic reinforced concrete structures with heat treatment of concrete, floor and ceiling heating of rooms during usage. SUBSTANCE: technical result of process consists in expansion of functional potential of method of installation of thermal forms by way of integration of functions of thermal treatment of freshly laid concrete mixture at first stage of erection of story ceilings of monolithic building and of mounting of gear for floor ( ceiling ) heating of rooms with use of tubes of heating system embedded in ceilings at second stage. Gear for embodiment of proposed process has lower part of deck, welded reinforcement cages, temperature-resisting polymer tubes, polymer corrugated flexible enclosures, shut-off valves, heating riser and reverse pipe.
