FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has pump bars rotary drive in form of mechanical key with carrier, bar key, counter-key, post with assembly of its attachment to mouth equipment and bar clamp. Also present is torque limiter during disconnecting of bars. Bar clamp has open longitudinal groove for pump bar, mounting belts, inner of which is made in accordance to shape of saddle on bar head, and outer - in accordance to shape of analogical place on post. Form of mounting place on bar head matches shape of mounting on head of pump bar. On bar clamp for pump bar an open transverse groove is made, moving to open longitudinal grooves, formed as result of turn of bar clamp relatively to pump bar placed in its transverse groove in plane of placement of latest turning pair until match of axes of its components. Joint decoupling counter-key is mounted on post with possible fixing and later limited turn around post. Limiter of torque during disconnection of bars contains horizontal shaft, placed in aperture, made in carrier at level of action of handle of bar key. Inner, relatively to carrier, end of horizontal shaft is provided with clamp for handle of bar key, and outer - radial lever. At end of radial lever at least one of spring-ball apertures of preventing ball sleeve is present, capable of interaction with cam on carrier and return to starting position. Area of effect of bar key handle is provided with guides mounted on carrier.
