FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to wellhead hydraulic sealer/wiper for pump rods. Sealer/wiper comprises a cylindrical housing consisting of two parts 1 and 2 connected by a threaded joint. Housing is made with a central hole. Lower part 1 is equipped with branch pipe 3, which provides the possibility of fastening by means of a thread on the wellhead. In the cavity of the housing there is a cleaning element containing elastic diaphragms with a central hole. Part 1 is additionally equipped with branch pipe 5 in lower part of side surface. Upper cylindrical part 2 contains branch pipe 6 arranged coaxially to the housing axis. Cleaning element – wiper – is installed in part 2 made in the form of symmetrically opposite stepped cavities with slots, in which stepped wipers are placed. Outer surface of the wiper of larger size is equipped with O-rings of round section. Wiping resilient element is installed and fixed on the end face of the wiper of a smaller size. Wiping element is made in the form of a cage consisting of two parts forming a cavity with a dovetail recess, in which wiping elements are placed. Wiper is equipped with a compression spring arranged between the ledge on the outer surface of the wiper and the ledge on the inner surface of part 2, and guide rollers. Cavities of cleaning elements are covered from outside by covers fixed to part 2 by means of bolts through gasket, equipped with unions and hydraulic hoses of high pressure. High-pressure hoses are connected via T-joint with hydraulic drive, pressure regulator 17 and control panel 18.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the pumping rod cleaning process at the well.
