FIELD: oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed submersible pumping unit can be used at production of oil with associated gas. Pumping unit contains submersible electric motor, hydroprotection, submersible pump and gas separator. Gas separator has shaft and screw, hole enlargement bladed wheel, separation drum with ribs arranged in housing, line to direct separated gas into annulus and line to direct mixture with low content of gas into submersible pump. Dispersing stages are connected to line delivering mixture with low gas content into submersible pump. Said stages consist of fixed guide-vane assemblies and impellers installed on shaft. Impeller is installed first in direction of flow, and guide-vane assembly, last in direction of flow. Impellers are provided with open radial ribs, and guide-vane assemblies have radial ribs closed from outside by shells. Ratio of height of stages to their outer diameter is form 0.2 to 0.3. Number of dispersing stages is form two to fine. Number of ribs of each guide-vane assembly is 1.5 times greater than number of ribs of each impeller. Ratio of height of screw to its pitch over outer diameter is from 1.7 to 2.0.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities and application of pumping unit for gas-liquid mixture lifting from well by intensive dispersing of gas-liquid mixture getting into submersible pump from gas separator.
