FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a method for pumping out formation fluid containing gas and abrasive particles, as well as to a submersible installation. The method consists in supplying a gas-liquid mixture to the gas separator through the base, increasing the pressure of the gas-liquid mixture in the screw assembly, swirling and separating the flow of the gas-liquid mixture in the separation chamber, followed by removal through the head of most of the separated gas into the annulus and the degassed liquid into the vane pump, followed by compression and dissolution of the remaining gas. The gas-liquid mixture is directed through the cone-shaped diffuser section of the base to the screw assembly, supplying the gas-liquid mixture to the separation chamber with a pressure gradient. The gas-liquid mixture is directed to a dividing sleeve installed in the head, installed with an annular gap relative to the inner surface of the separation chamber. With the help of a separating sleeve, two areas are formed: the outlet of the degassed liquid and the outlet of the separated gas, remote from each other. The degassed liquid outlet area is close to the periphery of the separation chamber, and the separated gas outlet area is close to the shaft. The degassed liquid is taken from the periphery of the separation chamber, the separated gas is taken from the area of the separation chamber close to the shaft. The separating bushing is made with a cone-shaped confusing section on the inner surface, formed by a minimum inner diameter located up to the area of the separated gas removal along the flow, and a maximum inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the separating bushing. The specified minimum inner diameter of the spacer sleeve is less than the specified outer diameter by at least 25%. At the entrance to the screw assembly, the base is made with a cone-shaped diffuser section formed by a minimum inner diameter located at the intersection with the inlet channels, and a maximum inner diameter equal to the inner diameter of the protective sleeve. The specified minimum inner diameter of the diffuser section is at least 9% smaller than the inner diameter of the thermowell
EFFECT: improving the reliability and efficiency of a submersible unit with a gas separator and a vane pump.
