FIELD: gas turbine engines, namely combustion chambers for them.
SUBSTANCE: combustion chamber includes fire tube having in walls of its sections openings for feeding cooling air. Wall of section in zone of arrangement of cooling air openings made at relation of wall thickness to diameter of openings in range 1.3 - 1.6 is inclined towards generatrix in the form of annular step. Inclination angle of perforated surface to generatrix of wall of fire tube is selected in range 90 + - 10°. Axes of cooling air openings in walls of fire tube are inclined in two planes, namely: to line normal relative to perforated surface of step in radial direction towards side of generatrix by angle 0-20° and in tangential direction (-20) - (+30)°.
EFFECT: lowered concentration of stresses, enhanced insulation of wall by means of air from hot gas flow, increased rigidity of wall of fire tube, improved thermal-cycle resource of fire tube.
