SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Low-emission vortex burner comprises a hollow cylindrical housing with air channels and a groove installed on the base, inside of which a gas header with a nozzle is installed in axial direction, in which radial and ordinarily arranged holes for jet flow of gas and vortex former, on nozzle, having radial and inclined holes arranged in preset angle to specified angle in the form of conical nozzles for gas spraying, there is a flat vortex former with tangentially deflected around its axis guide vanes, located in cold zone, and the burner housing consists of a cold part with through air openings articulated through the seating groove with the heat part, having in the end part inside the housing the Laval nozzle shape, and outside radial groove, in which through ejection holes are made tangentially and with pitch, wherein said cylindrical body heat section outer surface from this radial groove to landing groove has longitudinal or transverse grooves or grooves with specified depth, profile and pitch.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and power of gas burner, low NOx emission, simplification of design and manufacturability, increased resource of injection pipe of flame tube.
