FIELD: flying vehicle undercarriage legs; hydraulic actuating mechanisms for manipulation of undercarriage; two-mode unit of setting undercarriage bogie beam.

SUBSTANCE: proposed undercarriage leg includes strut and bogie beam mounted for rotation relative to said strut by means of hydraulic cylinder equipped with rod with main piston at the end which divides cylinder into two cavities connected with hydraulic distributor by means of hydraulic lines; hydraulic distributor is connected in its turn with pressure and drain reservoirs. Support includes hydraulic damper forming hydraulic loop together with hydraulic lines, hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic distributor. Hydraulic damper is used for ensuring required degree of dampening at compressed position of hydraulic cylinder and damped rotary motion of bogie beam relative to undercarriage strut during taxiing of flying vehicle. Position of undercarriage is changed at two positions: when retracted and during taxiing which is effected by rotating the undercarriage bogie by means of hydraulic cylinder around point located on undercarriage leg. Rotation is effected at preset degree of damping the rotary due to shunting the flow rate of hydraulic fluid between hydraulic lines of hydraulic cylinder.

EFFECT: simplified construction; enhanced weight efficiency due to combined functions of drive and shock absorber.
