FAULT-FINDING METHOD FOR MACHINE HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: hydraulic drives.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, hydraulic drive of machine is divided arbitrarily into main subsystems providing serviceability of all operating hydraulic motors of machine, using methods and diagnosing means and data on condition of machine searching for cause of trouble or failure in corresponding subsystem, and inspection of drive, of adjacent subsystems overlapping each other by integrated circuit of hydraulic equipment is done. Dividing of hydraulic drive of machine into subsystems is carried out according to number of working cycles of hydraulic motors at their individual and combined operation, preliminarily, for each subsystem corresponding to one working cycle, basic hydraulic circuit of machine, including all elements of hydraulic equipment and communication lines, is developed, and on said circuit direction of working liquid flows and distribution of pressure among all possible hydraulic circuits and connections of main hydraulic equipment of said subsystem responsible for corresponding working cycle are separated and, also for said subsystem, direction of flow and distribution of pressure in hydraulic control circuit of guide of hydraulic equipment, pumps and hydraulic motors are separated by other methods as compared with above-indicated separated circuits, and then search for possible troubles and failures of defective subsystems if carried out by means of basic hydraulic circuits made as stated above. For this purpose, working cycles are checked directly on machine, and defective subsystem is separated and, comparing basic hydraulic circuits of faulty subsystem and those of serviceable subsystems using separated circuits, integrated circuit common for them and overlapping each other is determined and excluded from search for troubles, and troubles and causes of failures are searched for in those elements of defective subsystem which come out of the limits of common integrated circuit.
