FIELD: monitoring systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of diagnosing state of railway automation and telemechanics. Method employs at least two automated workstations – automated workstation of mechanic and automated workstation of electromechanics, computers of which are connected through concentrator to controllers of devices RA, together, these computers represent a linear diagnostic point (LDP). At the same time, information on monitoring the operability of the RA devices is transmitted to a mobile measurement-and-program complex (MPC) made based on a computer of the automated workstation of a mechanic and representing a linear information collection point (LCP). Information on the faulty state of the RA device in the LDP and in the LCP is transmitted to the central point (CP), which is the computer of the automated workstation of the centralization, and interlocking signaling distance controller and/or the computer of the automated fault location workstation. Information is collected in the CP, and technical documentation is requested for a faulty RA device from the computer of the automated technical documentation workstation (ATD-WS). Obtained information is sent to LDP, to LCP and to server of technical diagnostics and monitoring center (TDMC). Device has at least two automated workstations – automated workstation of mechanic and automated workstation of electromechanics, computers of which are connected through concentrator to controllers of RA devices, which together are LDP. Mobile MPC – LCP is introduced. LDP and LCP computers are connected to the computers of the CP, to which the ATD-WS computer is connected. CP computers are also connected to the TDMC server.

EFFECT: higher safety and uninterrupted operation of trains.
