FIELD: manufacturing processes of machine engineering production, namely fine lapping processes, mainly of internal revolution surfaces of steel blanks non-subjected to heat treatment that is in state after delivery of them.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of surface plastic deforming by means of rigid working members for providing roughness degree of worked surface Ra = 0.2 - 0.1 micrometers; centrifugal pneumatic vibration dynamic treatment by means of deforming members whose surface has roughness degree Ra = 0.08 micrometers or less. Invention provides roughness degree Ra < 0.1 micrometer on worked internal revolution surface of steel blanks non-subjected to heat treatment.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of internal surfaces of revolution of steel blanks.
