FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to finishing of inner surfaces of non-rigid workpieces of cases of hydraulic cylinders. Blade is performed and then pneumatic centrifugal treatment of the sleeve inner surface. Blade processing sleeve inner surface is performed with surface roughness Ra = 0.8…2.5 mcm. Pneumatic centrifugal treatment of the sleeve inner surface is pneumatic ball burnisher centrifugal action to produce on surface of case roughness Ra = 0.16…0.63 mcm and provision of cylindricity produced during blade processing. Pneumatic supply ball burnisher Smin = 100…600 mm/min, and compressed air pressure supplied to pneumatic ball knurling tool, Ρ = 0.25…0.5 MPa.
EFFECT: hardened blank surface and maintaining its macrogeometry.
