FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lubricating rails which are installed on rolling stock. Proposed locomotive consists of frame 1, body 2 bogies with wheelsets and their drive and grease filled track cleaner 5. Plastic grease is delivered into hollow 11 with retainers 15 and is applied to side surface of heads of rails 21 when locomotive negotiates curved sections of track.
EFFECT: increase service life of flanges of vehicle wheelsets.
