FIELD: methods of treatment of liquids with magnetic fields.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the methods of treatment of liquids with magnetic fields, in particular to the methods and devices for activation of liquids. The invention may be used for giving to liquids useful properties, including a raise of their biological activity. A liquid is treated with the force fields induced in a multilayer mesomorphic filler preliminary a layer by a layer treated with an electromagnetic emission. The layers have different magnetization. The device contains a pipeline for a liquid, outside of which there is a body filled with the layers of a mesomorphic composite with addition of metal powders. At least one layer of the composite contains a ferromagnetic powder. The invention allows by increase of a degree and a depth of activation of a liquid and by changing its structure on the atomic - molecular level to give it (in particular, to water) special biological properties, for example, with a guarantee to dissolve substances of an organic and non-organic nature and to penetrate through the semi-penetrable biological membranes.

EFFECT: THE invention allows to increase activation of a liquid and to give it special biological properties with a guarantee to dissolve the organic and non-organic substances.
