FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and means of magnetic activation of liquid, colloidal and gaseous media. Magnetic activator comprises non-ferromagnetic flat expansion vessel built into working pipeline, dimensions of which provide a given reduction in the speed of the activated working medium flow and increase in its residence time in the alternating magnetic field, placed in the through opening of the non-ferromagnetic body, consisting of two rigidly connected parallel cassettes with parallel cylindrical shaped channels, made in them, in each of which there is an equal number of permanent magnets connected inside the channel by like poles, oriented opposite the poles of the other polarity of the magnets, placed in the channels of the opposite cartridge, wherein the magnet length is at least twice greater than the distance between the longitudinal axes of the magnets located in the proximal channels of the opposite cassettes.

EFFECT: high efficiency of magnetic activation for increasing internal energy of the liquid, control and adjustment of operating conditions, compactness, modularity of the design, autonomy of the device.
