FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressor building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to evaporation cooling system of spiral compressors. According to proposed method, compression heat is removed from working zone of compressor by evaporating cooling heat carrier which is then condensed and directed for cooling, if required temperature of compressor working zone is exceeded, heat carrier boiling temperature is changed and maintained at level lower than required cooling temperature of compressor units by changing pressure in compressor cooling system. Proposed compressor contains housing, compression circuit, closed evaporation cooling system including outer jacket enclosing compressor housing, collector-condenser arranged higher than cooled surfaces and communicating through channels with heat carrier input in jacket and output and with device to decrease pressure.
EFFECT: improved cooling of compressor and efficiency.
