SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an agent for normalization of aggregation properties of platelets and erythrocytes and morphodensitometric indices of erythrocytes in patients with chronic brain ischemia. As such monopreparation invention proposes DL-carnitine chloride (aplegin). Invention provides treatment of chronic brain ischemia and attainment of rapid and stable improvement of microcirculation and clinical-paraclinical indices of the patient state in the absence of complex multi-dimensional therapy.
EFFECT: improved and valuable medicinal properties of agent.
