SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to internal diseases, and concerns treating the patients with chronic heart disease and accompanying type 2 diabetes. It involves drug therapy and intravenous laser exposure of blood at wave length 0.63 microns, light guide end radiation power 1.5-2.0 mWt. The exposure is prescribed differentially: depending on a detected hemodynamic type of microcirculation, intensity of endothelial dysfunction, namely by a concentration of nitrates/nitrites, disturbed thrombocyte and erythrocyte aggregation, glycemic profile, lipid blood spectrum. In a hyperemic hemodynamic type of microcirculation or a normocirculatory hemodynamic type of microcirculation, the concentration of nitrates/nitrites 37.4±2.4 mcmol/l and more, thrombocyte aggregation 33.2±2.4 - 60.3±2.2 %, erythrocyte aggregation 27.5±1.4 - 48.2±0.4 %, glycemia level 8.4±1.2 mmol/l, lipid blood spectrum - total cholesterol 5.41±0.21 mmol/l, triglycerides 2.10±0.19 mmol/l, low density lipoproteids (LDLP) cholesterol 3.41±0.21 mmol/l, 7 daily sessions for 15-20 minutes are carried out. A spastic hemodynamic type of microcirculation or hypostatic-static hemodynamic type of microcirculation, the concentration of nitrates/nitrites less than 37.4±1.4 mcmol/l, thrombocyte aggregation 60.3±0.8 % and more, erythrocyte aggregation 48.2±0.9 % and more, glycemia level above 8.4±1.2 mmol/l, total cholesterol more than 5.41±0.21 mmol/l, triglycerides more than 2.10±0.19 mmol/l, LDLP cholesterol more than 3.41±0.21 mmol/l require 10 daily sessions for 15-20 minutes.

EFFECT: method allows higher efficacy of drug therapy.
