FIELD: spraying equipment, particularly for discharging liquids or other fluent materials from two or more sources.
SUBSTANCE: sprayer for spraying paint and other liquids from the first container by high-pressure propellant gas held in the second container having valve comprises partition connecting the first container with the second one. Connection partition has fastening means located at partition ends to connect thereof with the first and the second containers correspondingly and inner channel for providing propellant gas flow from the first partition end to the second one during the second container operation. Partition also has orifice communicated with partition interior, which is adjacent to the second end for product entering into partition from the first container. Arranged inside orifice near the second partition end is nozzle insert having rear, intermediate and front parts. Rear part of nozzle insert has channel communicated with inner partition channel. Intermediate part includes Venturi tube having outlet orifice for propellant gas discharge. At least two product channels are disposed near Venturi tube and located transversely to longitudinal insert axis. Front part of nozzle insert has expansion chamber with inlet diameter greater than that of outlet Venturi tube orifice. Expansion chamber length is enough to maintain vacuum created by Venturi tube at product channels. Partition interior space located around intermediate part of nozzle insert communicates with orifice for product entering into partition and with at least two transversal product channels extending in longitudinal direction forwards and backwards from Venturi tube to close Venturi tube from outside. Outlet of Venturi tube is enclosed by surface smoothly passing into conical surface. Above surface is of lesser diameter in front direction and of greater diameter in back direction. Lesser diameter of conical surface is lesser than inlet diameter of expansion chamber. Transversal product channels have rear surfaces extending towards greater diameter of conical surface. Rear surfaces of product channels and conical surface enclosing Venturi tube outlet has no projections to provide uniform product flow. Venturi tube outlet is spaced in longitudinal direction from expansion chamber inlet so that spray cone of propellant gas leaving Venturi tube is substantially equal or lesser than expansion chamber periphery and spray cone fully enters into above chamber. This prevents propellant gas ingress into transversal product channels.
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
