FIELD: materials handling; systems for delivery of products under pressure or cooling of liquids. SUBSTANCE: capsule has housing filled with propellant and sorbent. Housing is provided with shutoff device made for opening to let propellant out of the housing. Walls of housing are impermeable for propellant. Aerosol package has capsule or shell made to maintain gauge pressure inside its space, device for opening the shell made to maintain balance pressure between inner space of shell and ambient medium and liquid placed inside shell space. Sorbent material saturated with propellant is charged into shell space. Propellant pressure is in balance with gauge pressure of shell inner space and in thermal contact with sorbent material for desorption of propellant from sorbent material at opening of shell and for cooling the liquid. Method of pressure building in aerosol package comes to introduction of above of indicated capsule into package. Method of liquid cooling comes to charging the shell with liquid and introduction of sorbent material saturated with propellant. Liquid is brought into thermal contact with sorbent to discharge propellant from sorbent. Owing to enthalpy of desorption head of liquid is absorbed and its temperature decreases.
