FIELD: equipment for hot isostatic pressing.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes high pressure vessel 1, heat insulation casing placed inside high pressure vessel 1, furnace chamber 3 surrounded with envelope 4 and loading compartment 5 arranged in it. Control unit 11 is placed between loading compartment 5 and inner crown 10 of envelope 4 and it restricts space 12. Control unit 11 is used for controlling flow of pressurized working fluid out of loading compartment 5 to space 12 and from said space into zone near lateral wall 19 of envelope 4. Control unit has at least one opening 13 for passing working fluid flow. Opening 13 is open to space 12 at level higher than that of peripheral part 14 of control unit 111 near wall 19 of envelope 4.
EFFECT: reduced probability of temperature change in loading compartment.
