FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to isostatic extusion. Proposed device comprises high-pressure container 1 including heat-insulated jacket 3 and furnace 36 for heating working medium at pressure in extrusion, and unit 33 for heat exchange with said pressurised working medium. Note here that said unit 33 uses said pressurised medium for its cooling or heating of said. Proposed method comprises loading the articles into furnace chamber, processing it under pressure and at heating, cooling and discharging the articles. All said jobs are performed with unit 33 located in high-pressure container 1. Heat is transferred into unit 33 during said jobs of isostatic extrusion.
EFFECT: optimised cooling.
