SUBSTANCE: sectional closure includes fixed part secured to edge of upper vessel end and rotary part connected with fixed part. When closure is installed in closed position locking edge of rotary part abuts edge of upper vessel end and covers edge of end orifice formed in fixed closure part. When closure is brought to its opened position rotary part encloses fixed part from its top so that a gap is created in-between and end edge of rotary part rests upon fixed part ledge.
EFFECT: increased protection against moisture ingress and economic efficiency.
