FIELD: food industry, particularly shop equipment to serve beer and other foamed and/or carbonated beverages stored in constant-pressure vessel.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises beverage preparation system having gas cylinder and constant-pressure beverage vessel and beverage pouring means provided with antifoaming unit. Beverage pouring means comprises body with pouring channel, channel connected to gas supply pipeline, which supplied gas from gas cylinder and channel connected with beverage supply pipeline, which supplied beverage from constant-pressure vessel. The device also comprises unit for plastic bottle neck fastening to opened end of pouring channel and throttle valve installed in the body and connected with pouring channel. Antifoaming unit is arranged in the pouring channel. Channels connected to gas supply and beverage supply pipelines are connected with pouring channel by additional channel through three-way cock. The three-way cock is installed on body of beverage pouring mechanism, which fills plastic bottles with beverage. Beverage pouring mechanism additionally has tap adapted to distribute beverage in caps or glasses. The tap is connected to beverage supply pipeline. The device may be provided with several constant-pressure vessels for different beverage types.
EFFECT: extended functional capabilities due to possibility to pour beverages in plastic bottles, caps and glasses, possibility to distribute beverages of several types along with beverage foaming suppression.
