FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic works designed for passing fish spawners through retaining facilities to places of spawning and fattening. Control of fish passing through fish conduit comes to creating fish attraction water fed from upper pond of hydraulic works into fish conduit and further into lower pond, forming favorable hydraulic conditions directly in fish conduit by changing water level drop between cross partitions by displacing partitions proper relative to bottom of fish conduit and creating overcomable velocity in swim-in holes of partitions. Partitions are displaced along length of fish conduit by driven in direction of upper pond and, simultaneously with displacement of partitions, water level drop formed between partition formed between partitions is displaced, and value of local water level drop is changed over length of fish conduit owing to nonuniform perforation of sections of partitions having different porosity.
EFFECT: provision of controllable hydraulic conditions in fish conduit contributing to effective movement of fish along its length.
